On 1ST November 2014 the Board meeting of ICUGL, chaired by br. Alain Graesel and general secretary br. Miro Krismanovic, took place in the hall of the Sofia Festa Hotel. Seventeen Obediences attended. In particular:

The Grand Lodge of Freemasons in Paraguay, the Grand Lodge of the Canary Islands, the National Grand Lodge of Portugal, the Confederate Grand Lodge of Spain, the Grand Lodge of France, the Grand Lodge of Austria RSAA, the Grand Lodge of the Czech Lands, the National Grand Lodge of Romania, the National Grand Lodge of Serbia, the United Grand Lodge of Russia, the United Grand Lodge of Latvia, the Serenissima Gran Loggia d’Italia, the Grand Lodge of Greece RSAA, the Grand Lodge of Slovenia, the United Grand Lodge of Lebanon, the Sovereign Grand Lodge of Egypt and the Grand Lodge of Bulgaria. The admission of both the Grand Lodge of Slovenia and the Grand Lodge of Austria ASSR was unanimously voted. It was also agreed on an expansion program of ICUGL throughout Latin America by fostering relations with the Grand Orient of Uruguay, the Grand Lodge of Venezuela, the Grand Bolivian Lodge, the United Grand Lodge of Mexico and some Obediences in Brazil. The Grand Master of Paraguay br. Pedro Daniel Candida was delegated to chair and coordinate this program. Finally, the president informed the Board members that at the Grand Lodge of 13 December 2014, the GLF will focus on the resolution of those problems arising out from their mutual relations with the Grand Orient of France and of their joint use of Masonic houses in France. This is one of the points that the Declaration of Berlin has stressed on. The Grand Master of the Serenissima Gran Loggia d’Italia  br. Criscuoli Tortora and the Delegation Leader of Grand Lodge of Greece of RSSA br. Iordanis Poulkouras have highlighted the role of the Mediterranean and the Middle East in the international Masonic scenario. The Grand Master br. Criscuoli Tortora has anticipated a formal proposal of rationalization and regulation of the ICUGL. A masonic banquet concluded the Works of ICUGL.
